With three decades of civil litigation experience, Dr. Dimitrius understands the immense financial and emotional stress endured by litigants. She believes that the mediation process provides a platform for all parties to voice their concerns in a non-threatening environment away from the courthouse. It is through this process that opportunity lies for all litigants.

Dr. Dimitrius has advanced litigation mediation training through Pepperdine Law School’s Strauss Institute. She has mediated in both facilitative and evaluative modalities. She has worked as a mediator in the Washoe County Superior Courts in Nevada and is currently a court appointed mediator for the Coconino Superior Courts in Arizona. Her areas of experience include:
